Andrea Vásquez was born and raised in Tegucigalpa, Honduras and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts from America’s leading school of Interior Design, Savannah College of Art and Design. As an honors graduate, 2010 NEWH student Icon award winner, and recipient of SCAD’s 2011 Outstanding Achievement Award, her commitment to excellence and love for design cannot be overstated.
Trained for almost five years in world-renowned HBA – Hirsch Bedner Associates, leaders in hospitality interior design, she had the opportunity to design hotels across the globe from Asia to South America, exposing her to diverse cultures and new global trends. Following her heritage, Andrea’s rich passionate background combined with both her lifetime and professional experiences have broaden her design perspective and ability of becoming the multifaceted and progressive designer she has become. Additionally, her fashion allure, love for art & design, and keen sense of graphics help capture the essence of her designs. Through her projects, Andrea consistently displays compelling intellectual ability, aesthetic sensibility, and technical competency.
